Introduction

As a self-employed certified coach, it is important to sustain your coaching through client acqusition and development of a sustainable coaching practice. In order to build a successful coaching practice you need to develop two important skill sets. Firslt, you require the vital coaching skills and competencies, which you should strive to continuously develop. Secondly, it is necessary for you to develop the business acumen and skills needed to develop a business strategy, acquire clients and to market and sell your professional services.

The Setting Up Your Coaching Practice programme will provide you with a new range of skills and techniques to evolve and enhance your potential to build your coaching practice. You will have the opportunity to draw upon your own experiences and learn from them. You will also learn from other like-minded coaches who are committed to delivering excellence through their coaching practice and are serious about continuous professional development.

You will embark on a learning experience that will enhance your potential at all stages of setting up your practice from the initial information gathering right through to finding your coaching niche, branding yourself and self-motivating.

Coaching Methodology

We use a variety of coaching methods to develop the best possible coaches.  These include practical, theory and experiential activities.  This will include facilitated discussion, training, role-plays, case-studies and specific coaching practice.   The course is very interactive and will require participants to be open minded, prepared to share themselves with others and be supportive.  The course is reliant upon full participation.

The Coaching Journey

The programme takes 6 teleclass sessions to complete. This is conducted over a period of 6 weeks to ensure that all participants have the opportunity to learn, practice, explore and develop. 

The course requires 100% commitment and attendance, as every module is essential to you gaining your certification.
