About Susan

Susan Stanton is our Senior Development Consultant.  Susan brings with her a wealth of experience gathered from her time in the Food & Drink and Financial Services industries. Susan started her career in Sales Management working for Imperial Tobacco and Remy Martin before moving onto Nestle Pet Foods.  After 8 years, she took the first steps to fulfilling her passion for learning and development by moving into an HR role with Scottish Widows. 

During her time at Scottish Widows Susan quickly progressed through the ranks from a generalist policy role to that of strategic business partner supporting customers at director level.  She worked with managers at all levels and supported her passion for coaching and development by helping execs to develop a personal leadership style that is uniquely theirs. She also designed and delivered a wide range of senior team programmes utilizing in depth knowledge of MBTI to help individuals understand ways of communicating and impact upon others.

Susan brings an extensive toolkit including a range of facilitation techniques and teambuilding activities to help senior leaders maximise their strengths and talents.  Susan brings warmth, humour and challenge to coaching together with empathy and works intuitively to help clients identify and work on those areas holding them back from realising their (or their team's) full potential.
