Executive Coaching
Executive Coach Training Certificate ECTC™
Introduction
The CIPD training and development survey 2008 showed that all those using coaching, either on a personal basis or within the workplace, have been shown to be key drivers, to improve both individual and business performance. Coaching is a highly effective way for people to learn, grow and develop to the benefit of themselves and within their organisations. It has been proven that organisations incorporating a coaching culture aspire to use coaching as an effective tool for enabling their employees to meet competitive pressures, plan for succession and bring about change.
Those who embark on an executive coaching journey experience a range of emotional learnings and insights which will allow them to realise and reach their greatest potential; improving their self-awareness, personal impact and emotional intelligence. Those leaders or executives who are challenged are the ones who can truly find greatness and become their personal best so they can lead their organisations to succeed in the 21st Century and beyond.
As a certified coach, it is important that you strive to develop and improve your coaching skills, techniques and approaches, thus enhancing your own potential, enabling you to succeed further in your coaching career.
The Executive Coach Training Certificate will provide you with a new range of skills, techniques and approaches to coaching which will evolve and enhance your coaching potential to specifically work with leaders and senior executives.
