Introduction
As a certified coach, it is important that you strive to develop and improve your coaching skills, techniques and approaches, enhancing your own potential, enabling you to succeed further in your coaching career.
Coaching supervision and mentoring creates a regular opportunity for professional coaches to reflect upon their coaching and its impact they have with their client. By reflecting upon your coaching practice, you will develop better tools and techniques. You will also generate personal insights and discover the best way to meet your coaching objectives.
The Coach Mentoring and Supervision Certificate will provide you with a new range of skills, techniques and approaches to coaching which will evolve and enhance your coaching potential to specifically in line with the ICF Core Competencies.
Our programme will provide you with a framework to enhance your coaching capabilities, it will allow you to draw upon your own experiences and learn from them; along with learning from other like-minded coaches who are committed to delivering excellence through their coaching and are serious about continuous professional development.
The hours gained by attending this programme will count towards the mentoring requirement of 10 hours within the ICF framework. 70% of the required mentoring hours (that is seven hours) can come from group coaching and 3 hours can come from one-to-one mentoring.
